Q. How do I arrange for the free delivery?

For the convenience of our customers, we provide free delivery and collection services upon request.
Please inform us at least 1-2 hours in advance. We will deliver or pick up the car to the exact location requested.

Our delivery hours:
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 2 pm

Delivery surcharge applies after these hours and on Sundays & Public Holidays. Terms & conditions apply.

Q: Is there a minimum hire period?

The rental is based on daily usage. The minimum period for weekday hire is 1 day and the weekend package is a minimum of 2 days.

Q. Are there any requirements to rent a vehicle?

The hirer and any additional driver must satisfy the following:

  • Minimum age is 24 years,
  • Holder of a valid Singapore Class 3 or approved foreign license and,
  • At least 2 years of qualified driving experience.

Q: Are there any extra charges to the rental rate?

There are no extra charges. Our rental rate already includes insurance, road tax, unlimited mileage, breakdown service and full maintenance over the period of hire. There is a refundable deposit of S$200.00.

Rates are subject to changes without prior notice.

Q: Is petrol at the hirer’s expense?

Yes it is. Upon return, the hirer should refill the petrol back to the same level as the petrol level at the time of collection. Failing which, an estimated refueling charge shall apply.

Q: Can I drive the vehicle into Malaysia?

Yes, our saloon cars and MPVs are allowed to be driven into Malaysia. A surcharge of S$15-S$30 per day will be levied to extend the insurance.

Q: Is there a mileage limitation for Malaysia use?

No. There is no mileage limitation for Malaysia or local use.

Q: What are the modes of payment?

Payments are to be made by cash only, upon delivery of the vehicle. Corporate customers can also choose to pay via cheque or bank transfer.
